- Preparation and management of internal documents (notices, meeting minutes, policies, etc.)
- Handling visitors, business partners, and phone/email correspondence
- Promoting general affairs operations in accordance with company policies
- Coordination with supervisors and internal departments
- Support for monthly and annual closing operations
- Liaison with tax accountants and CPAs, and preparation of related documents
- Support for budget and fund management
- Assistance with payroll processing

- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general affairs or accounting-related roles
